Old Mutual Employee Benefits has launched a new range of products to enable medical schemes to make long-term provision for pensioners.
The product's launch comes against the background of soaring medical inflation, the move away from younger and healthier members subsidising older and less healthy members, and changes in the Insurance Act which allows medical schemes and participants to invest in fund assurance policies.
