“He is expected to appear before Vereeniging Magistrate’s Court today (Wednesday).”
To date, two other people have been charged.
The other suspect appeared in the Vereeniging Magistrate’s Court on Monday and has been remanded in custody.
Masondo said he was arrested at an informal settlement after he was found with some of the items that were taken from the house.
The mother and daughter were reportedly kidnapped following a farm attack and robbery between Friday night and the early hours of Saturday morning.
