South African actress Motsoaledi Setumo shook the internet on Wednesday, January 8, revealing that she’s been a mother for four years.

All along, the “A Soweto Love Story” star has been playing her cards close to her chest. From hiding her pregnancy to not announcing the arrival of her child as most celebrities do, she has unlocked the recipe for a private life while being in the spotlight.

“To the girl that saved my life, happy 4th birthday, my Princess. Modimo Onkarabile. And yes, I can keep a secret,” she wrote.

The proud mom shared cute images of her pregnancy photoshoot wearing stunning gowns by N I M Couture, a Pretoria-based designer who has dressed several stars, including “The Mommy Club” star, Happy Simelane.

Setumo’s followers were shocked and impressed at how long she had kept such an important milestone a secret.

However, her close friends knew because they even knew the child’s name.

“Happy 4th birthday, Onka,” commented actress Dineo Moeketsi.

In other news, famous content creator Nangamso Puwani also revealed that she is now a mom.

The new mom, who revealed her pregnancy in December, announced the arrival of her baby girl on December 31, just over a month after she gave birth.
