CANADIAN crooner Michael Bublé is returning to South Africa – with concerts in Cape Town, Durban and Joburg – in March.
The Grammy award-winning singer will perform at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on March 17, the Cape Town Stadium on March 19 and the Johannesburg Dome on March 21 and 22.
For the new set-up Big Concerts has taken a concept that has proved successful in Durban and brought it to Cape Town to create a mid-sized venue for concerts.
Big Concerts managing director Justin van Wyk said the stage would be built close to one side of the stadium with nine blocks on the field instead of three, an amphitheatre, and a more intimate setting so fans could see the artist and not just the side screens.
Tickets, priced between R340 and R1 135, go on sale at 9am on Friday, at www.bigconcerts.com and Computicket.
